General Discussions / Re: New 7HD programming
July 31, 2016, 07:05:43 PM
Looks like 7HD will changeover in the Perth, Sydney and Brisbane markets and midnight Friday to simulcast the main channel.

I imagine that will make setting an Ice TV based timer for the opening ceremony at 4 am tricky.

Everything appears to now be correct on my T3 timer list, phone app and web page list.

I have 6 single phantom recordings in my weekly schedule with no overlapping timers either proceeding or following. I have deleted them once already (from my phone if I remember correctly)but they have returned..

Also a series recording for the Simpsons first-runs would not schedule, so I rescheduled and Ice created timers for all episodes immedaiately in the app but they have all disappeared again. Same with "Mr Selfridge".

I just thought that i would add; these relate to my Beyonwiz T3. My Humax timer list appears to be ok, but I do have fewer scheduled shows on that device.

OK another edit... I have just checked the timer list on my T3 (should have done that before posting) and my timers appear as I expect them to, not as indicated by the website/app. I'll keep my fingers crossed that they stay there and fire off.

Same problem here on Beyonwiz T3 and Humax 7510. Sigh.

This is now corrected.

Thanks for fixing that.

has been flagged as a repeat for the live broadcast. This is for the Perth EPG region.

Also, repeat status is not shown on the webpage, but is shown in the (Android) App.

Thanks for pointing this out.  We found the problem and fixed it, so if you try it again now, it should schedule the show on the SD channel correctly.  An easy way to get the scheduling engine to scan the shows for a particular series again is to just go to the My Shows page, click a series to open it, and click Save Changes.  You should then see the changes it makes within about 30 seconds or so.

Thanks for this.
Am I correct in saying that it is no longer possible to select the exact channel for an Interactive recording, or am I missing something?

I would really like to see the "this channel only" option returned to the filtering options as multi-channelling is really hitting it's stride. ;)

One of my existing series records seem to be honouring the "this channel only" filter, even though the filter option has been removed, which is a good thing.

I spoke too soon.

Any chance of getting the "this channel only" filter back especially with GO! coming soon?

Firstly, thanks for the great work on the new features.

Has the "this channel only/any channel" series record option been removed for a particular reason?

I found this useful in a few situations as Melvy has noted a few posts above. His other suggestions for a "repeats only" option and "day of the week" would be good too for the reasons he has stated.

Thanks for that fix.

The same issue applies to the episode on Monday 1st June.

Two and a Half Men at 7.30 on Monday night is flagged as a repeat in the Perth EPG. I believe it is a new episode.
