My apologies if this subject has been covered but I have been unable to find details.
Quite sometime ago, IceTV introduced a feature that checked EPGs to se if a episode had been repeated, and/or been recorded recently.
Unfortunately this feature is causing some issues for a series I watch on channel 72.
There are a large number of these episodes transmitted, on nearly everyday.
The episodes are nearly always repeats of a series which has been going for years.
I can capture most of the episodes by allowing repeats, and then vetting them to see if I have seen them.
However the EPG info is almost always wrong, therefore the Ice filter arbitrarily blocks recordings, as if I have just recorded an episode. Unfortunately this has the unwanted effect of blocking episodes from a later series which I have not seen.
Is there a way to stop Ice from automatically blocking the recording of any of the episodes of a series, irrespective of the EPG information.
Thank you in anticipation.
Regards
Chris
