Hi
Tonight the broadcast starts on 7Mate for 30 mins and then changes to 7HD after the news.
The 30 mins was set to record but not the remainder of the game on 7HD. I only discovered that when my wife asked what time the game finishes.
I've had this happen in the past where I've discovered the game wasn't recording. Is there anyway to ensure both parts of the game will record automatically?

I'm confused!
The guide on my BW U4 has the AFL on 7HD but the App on my phone has it on 7HD and 7 Mate. Every other guide says it's on 7 Mate but not according to my BW.
I have reset the app and refreshed the guide on the BW but neither change.
In the recording list on the BW the recording is listed on both 7Hd and 7 mate
According to the guide on the BW pawn stars is schedule for 7 mate

On my BW U4 I have two instances of channel 7 Bravo.

In the recordings and timer list it shows up under the old name openshop. The other channels is 7 Bravo Brisbane. I could delete the version which says openshop but any recordings I set via the icetv app occur on the openshop channel. If I delete that channel from the U4 I'm afraid any programs I set to record on 7Bravo would not record.
I've looked at the list of channels on the Icetv website where it's possible to remove/disable channels but the only options I see are all/none and I from memory 75. It's not clear to me if I can sort this out here or not
Any suggestions please.

Schedule has been on Freeview for some days but still not on EPG for Brisbane for Friday evening (tomorrow) I don't want to miss this recording.

I haven't checked all programmes but the 6pm news is down for 6:30 and the BW hasn't recognised it to record.

Seven News is set to record every night except Sunday Night??????

In the app on my phone the time slot for this match is marked "To Be Advised" I have reset the app twice but still no change. I am concerned my BW will not record this programme.

This happened to me once before when I knew a programme had long been scheduled but the time slot was TBA on the guide. Is the guide slow to update or is there something else going on. This match has been scheduled for some time now. The match between St Kilda and Richmond is set to record.

If you need more info, my phone is a Pixel 4a on Android 11.

Just checked the guide on the BW and it also has To Be Advised! Therefore I am assuming the guide has not been updated rather than my equipment.

What is going on?

Channel 7 had been advertising a crime investigation programme but in the IceTV guide it was marked as TBA. Did this programme get pulled or have I missed it?
It was listed in the Recommended part of the app but when selected said no info available and no option to set recording. The programme was listed in the Freeview guide . I set the TBA to record on the BW but it did not record.  I checked again Sunday morning (if I remember correctly) but the guide had not changed. I would like to know if the programme went to air. Not sure why Freeview listed the programme but not IceTV.

I haven't been able to find an explanation for this. What is the four digit number in brackets after the programme title in the My Week listing?
Intially I thought it was the year of the  programme but there are too many that do not correspond.
E.g. Madame Secretary (2014) the current series is 2019, so that can't be it. However MS began in 2014,so is that it?
Another example Great American Railroad Journeys (2029) can't be the year of release!
Current series of Better Homes and Gardens on Friday night (1996)?
It's got me puzzled.

With the most recent update, the interface including icons have changed but there are some changes that seem strange to me.

• Home screen will not turn to landscape mode
• Recommendations - portrait only
• Search- portrait only
• My Week- portrait only
• TV Guide- portrait only
• New Series - portrait and landscape
• Manages Series - portrait and landscape
• Most Popular - portrait and landscape
• Settings - portrait and landscape

Also, the Recommendations images seem to be cropped with a person's head often cut off at the eyes etc.

I am wanting to set up a favourite keyword search for Movies that are after 2010. I can get "genre:Movie" to work but not "genre:Movie:after 2010", nor "genre:Movie after:2010". What am I doing wrong?

It would be good if there was a sticky post with working examples on this feature as I am finding it difficult to work out the rules for applying this. Maybe there is a post with this but I haven't been able to find it.

Recently I noticed some strange changes in the app (Nexus 9 on Nougat.)

The lists in Coming Soon, My Week and My Series look normal until I open the programme details.

The Yellow Star Icon and the Red Series Record Icons look larger than normal with obvious pixelated edges.

The red icon for Episode scheduled to record is so large in My Week it looks grotesque.

Finally, I can no longer find the Sync Now feature which I used to use sometimes if I had to make program changes due to recording conflicts.

When the Sky News programmes were made available for regional areas, a whole lot of new programmes appeared in the coming soon list. I thought I would try some out but they did not appear in the list of scheduled programmes. Research on the Internet showed they were Sky  News programmes for regional areas only. I am still finding some listed in the Coming Soon list for Brisbane,. E.g Sharri. This makes it hard to know what is relevant to me or not. These programmes are showing up in the android app and the website list.

Unit: BW U4 This is posted on Thursday to give context to the query below.

Currently there is nothing in the EPG for ABC HD for Sunday onward.
ABC News is blank for Sunday but Mon to Wednesday is populated
All other channels are populated to Tuesday with some having Wednesday populated as well.
I have tried to refresh the EPG via the IceTv plugin but nothing new is downloading.

Any ideas on what is going on?

What is going on with the AFL, Channel 7 (Mate) and the EPG? On my EPG the time slot still says TBA - Friday night @ 7:30pm. Several days ago, the Freeview EPG also had TBA but now is showing the scheduled match. Why isn't the IceTV EPG being updated? It is now only two days to go.
