Beyonwiz / Has Beyonwiz ceased trading?

Tried to log in to the Beyonwiz forum but got no response. Wondering if they have shut up shop.
My font has always been black but suddenly, the font when I want to  record a new show it has become White. I should add, against a white background.

This makes adding or editing extremely difficult.  How do I restore it to black without losing my settings?
We have three different Beyonwiz devices set to record channel 7 shows Home and Away and My Kitchen Rules. These are a DP-P2, a T3 and a T4. Last night, none of these received timers for these two channel 7 shows, which nearly ruined our evenings viewing.

A check of the T4 log revealed no timer was sent to the T4. The shows both appear before and after Monday but not on Monday. So what went wrong Monday?

Fortunately, the other half manually entered a timer for MKR after it started. And we also record Home and Away on Foxtel too. This is because we find our paid IceTV service unreliable at key times and do not trust it. It is not at all encouraging that our money is well spent if primetime shows on the main channel we watch have to be recorded on independent devices or manually checked daily to have some prospect we will get to see them.

Also, later in the evening I note that 7HD has suddenly become 7 Mate HD. The guide was listing 7 HD programs but what was playing was 7 Mate shows. This does not explain the failure to send timers though; our setting is prefer high def but the shows were available in SD too.
The 2017/18 series of Blue Bloods is not being recorded on our Beyonwizs because the IceTV timers are an hour too early. Doesn't IceTV update for timeslot changes?
My T3 and P2 are normal as is the web app but the T4 is missing the guide info for only Ten HD tonight.

Tried resending all timers but no change. Log simply says epg update ok. Rebooted the T4 but no change. Guide is empty 5 to12pm. Timer for Bull is present though so only the guide is missing.

Switching to FTA the problem is not present but reappears when I switch back to IceTV.

Any clue how to fix this problem?

The new T4 arrived but I can't get it to login.

I had 5 devices so under my account I deleted one - the Windows Media Centre PC in My Recorders. Added the T4. On the PC I uninstalled the WMC software. On the T4 I installed the plugin and entered the login details but immediate fail - too many devices - five is the maximum. Rebooting, reinstalling the plugin have no effect.

Tried leaving a support request over 24 hours ago but it has got no response. I have set up autotimers instead as a stop gap measure. But, if I pay for a service I generally like but now can't use - well to say I am frustrated is an understatement. >:(

Does anyone know what else I need to do to get it to work please?

Maybe pointless posting since IceTV is on shutdown.

My T3 is blank in all bouquets for channel 7 Melbourne for today only. All other channels are populated.  The P2's and S1 are OK as is the android app and the website guide.

Tried disabling and re-enabling the plugin, no change. Re-fetched the EPG. No change. Disabled IceTV.  Checked EPG was empty. Went to the website and resent the timers.  Re-fetched the EPG.  No change - ch7 empty to midnight today. All other channels ok. Log says the fetch was successful after each fetch.

Any ideas on how to fix this welcome.  Only affects today. The timer for Chicago Fire tonight is set ok.

IceTV EPG Content / SBS The Fall is a repeat

SBS is repeating The Fall but IceTV is showing it as new. It is not the only instance of this.

I also noticed that we often have blanks in the EPG. I expect  better from a paid service guys & gals.
