I have big problems with my Humax and have tried to contact support via there support form.
They say they will respond within 48 hours.
Well that's a joke, this is 2 weeks to the day and not any response from anyone at Humax.

Does anyone have experience with their support?
How do I contact them as they won't respond to their online support forms.
All I received was a confirmation of filing the issue but you can't respond to the email.

Are Humax still in Australia?

RFDS shows up in phone and TV to record last Wednesday but it didn't happen. There were NO others shows to recoed at that time and NO errors.
Its a new show.
Why didn't it record and will it fail again?
Actually NO shows have recorded since Monday 9/8
I am getting fed up with the system.
After the last occurence of this happening, I reset the Humax and all went well until Wednesday.
I waht a positive result and not someone blaiming the Humax when its your app running on the Humax.
I've only had the Humax for about 2 1/2 years. You can't tell me that that's all I can expect of todays technology.

Keeps on turning grey after a short time. Humax is set to record First runs and Repeats
And We Danced 'Act 1 1962 - 1979' ABC TV Plus/Kids, 10:48pm, Sun, 18 Jul 2021, 61 minutes (on all 3 occurances this week) REPEAT

This issue keeps on happening on other certain programs at various times.

Add to that

Innocent 'Series 2, Episode 1' ABC TV HD, 12:06am, Thu, 22 Jul 2021, 47 minutes REPEAT

My Humax won't set the recording for 2pm to record for Saturday.
There are is nothing else set for recording on Saturday only 3 sets of Supercars (but the 2pm wont set)
Sunday all 3 have set okay.

If I program 2pm saturday seperately, it immediately sets as greyed out.

We had 5 shows to record tonight and so far 4 have failed.
7:30pm Travel tails 9HD
8:30pm Dr Dr 9HD
8:40pm Bull 10HD
We were watching Netflix while the above 3 Failed
9:30pm New Amsterdam 9HD came up on TV as a conflict with nothing listed. then changed channel to 9HD DID NOT RECORD

11:00pm The Enemy Within 9HD - I expect this won't record either

Recordings all stuffed up tonight.

I know I'm in the wrong place but I use it so rarely.

The ABC are advertising a new show "After Taste" for this coming Wednesday and I cannot find it on IceTV.

Also "New series" doesn't seem to have any new updates. My mobile and web site aren't reflecting save info. ie Destination Flavour - Scandinavia: Bitesize for Friday 22nd is missing on my mobile. That is last item on web and 20th is laste entry on the phone.

The labelling of the two Murdoch shows tonight have been swapped ie they are listed
S13 E6
S13 E5 * (this one has the currently recording symbol next to it.

I believe this has been happening on previous weeks as we've been wondering why "ther cart was in front of the horse".

Another stuffup on the schedule.
V8 Supercars at 4pm to 5pm Sunday on 10 is NOT a repeat as marked on the schedule.
I will be out and therefore will miss the car racing because of bad programming.  :(  >:(
Errors are becoming too regular.
Who ever keeps the schedule up to date needs to get on the ball.
