Big woops in guide data on 30th April, Melbourne Metro, on my vista machine.

Firstly, the season is Autumn not Spring.
Secondly Oaks Day takes place in November
Thirdly Channel Seven has the Spring Carnival not Nine.

At 2pm on Nine SD I have
"Horse Racing: Oaks Day"
"Day three of the spring carnival at flemington"
  ???

I recently did a re-install of my Vista OS, while everything else is working a lot better, my Guide/IceTV just isn't working how it used to. At the moment, the guide does not download automaticly ever! If I click on update guide button in the Ice client, the system tray icon will appear to download the guide, but it never moves from 0 percent. The only way I can get the guide is to load media center itself and manualy download the guide via the settings menu, of "get latest guide listings".

Ok yes...media center is set to download automaticly. Iceguide client is set not to update guide listings, and not set to fix registry keys. This is how I had it set up before the reinstall and it work perfectly. Downloading the guide everyday, at what ever time when i happend to be on the PC.

Having fixed the start menu pointing to the wrong exe. But NOW whenever vista boots it loads the splash screen then displays the full settings dialog waiting for me to close it. The old version only displayed the splash screen and tray icon.

Annoying to say the least. >:(

Tonights episode of Hero's on channel 7 at 11.30 is a repeat of last weeks episode "Homecoming"
What I found strange is, my series recodring of Heros is set to First Run only.
I found this morning that is was going to be recorded tonight (the repeat of last week) and this weeks episode on Wednesday (which is new)
I set this series up through MCE not PIMP.

Have ICEtv stopped using the reapeat flag in your guide data??

Now that PIMP has been released to the general public, what is the latest pimp client version? I'm still running Beta Build 1.0.0.4. It's working fine for me, should I update?

Wow, this forum has gone dead. Is everybody happy with their current pimp or has everyone given up?

Is there any news on what is happening with a new Pimp client? ???

Hi I live in Victoria, but today when I logged onto pimp, I noticed the guide had entries that only Sydney/NSW would. For example, 11am on 9 in Sydney if the Sunday Footy Show (NRL) followed by the Sunday Roast. Where as in Melbourne we have the Sunday Footy Show (AFL) followed by Any Given Sunday. I am seeing the NSW guide in PIMP. My MCE is seeing the Melbourne Guide.

Also I scheduled to record the O.C this week, but the scheduled recording listing of the O.C has not appeard in MCE, but PIMP has had it go from being Qued, to scheduled to record, to recording failed -recording cancelled on MCE machine. All within the space of a few refreshes.

There is a special one hour show of Home and Away on Seven tonight, from 7pm till 8pm with Great Outdoors to follow. But the guide still states 1/2hr of HAW till 7.30.

Will this be fixed? This has been a schedualed change since early last week.

Is this likely to happen in the future if a station changes their programming from the norm?
