Upgraded my T2 to the latest software as per instructions,now unable to connect to the internet or ice tv.Thinking about buying a HUMAX.but worried about humax not trading anymore?

Hi Dave i contacted 'mark.everingham@tphinsolvency.com.au' as you suggested with no reply & contacted David Dargie from NAS Australia for a replacement SKIPPA who was unable to help.
My question is what do i do with a faulty Skippa

I was very excited with my SKIPPA until i started using it.I recorded the series Judge Judy & was excited to watch an episode with no commercials. I found the recorded episode clicked the play but NO play,tried everything but couldn't get it to play.
Now the episode has gone.I hope the bugs will be fixed ASAP
