Quote from: MD on August 03, 2024, 07:21:49 PMOk it will be in the next update but Topblah do you mean also that single recordings don't set or as NBOSTI says they just don't show in My Week.

They don't show up in 'my week' and even in the initial screen where the red dot appears to show I had set the recording, that red dot disappears again a few seconds after setting it. The recordings themselves do work, but there is no indication in the iOS app that they have.

I can't recordings of single episodes to work. They appear to work, with a red dot appearing, but 5-10 seconds later the red dot disappears and the recording is no longer listed in the app. Very frustrating.

Edit- I see the person posting above me has the same issue. This is the same with both iPad and iPhone, by the way

Edit 2- it looks like the timers actually have been transferred to my Beyonwiz, so it's just the display in the app that's the problem

Thanks to Dave and others who kept it going while it lasted

Has anyone else emailed support about this? I haven't heard anything back and wondered if my email got through

I have manually gone through the guide and noticed my series are listed to be recorded but are greyed out, so won't record and don't appear in 'my week'. I've changed them all to record again, but only some of them stay red and only some appear in 'my week'. This is clearly not fixed. I've emailed support.

Me too. 'My week' is empty.

Beyonwiz / Re: Padding on T3

I've got the exact same problem. Three recordings via icetv had no padding, but it works from the beyonwiz EPG.

So what fixed it? I think I've got the latest firmware

Edit: never mind. Turns out the ice tv T3s don't come with the latest firmware installed and installing it fixed it.

Mine doesn't have channel 78 either, and neither have I done a recent scan, but is don't think that matters from what Dave was saying. Either way I think the channel 78 idea was a guess based on the fact that channel started on the 3rd when the problems started. Since it looks like everyone's problems have ended, we may never know what it was. I just hope it doesn't happen again!

So if a few people's topfields have spontaneously improved looks like the channel fix is a furphy. Does anyone still have freezing issues?

Just got off the phone with Dave from support. It looks like a factory reset doesn't fix it, but the problem *may* relate to the fact there's a new channel available (78) as of Dec 3 which may exceed the number of channels the topfield can cope with. We just reduced the number of channels ICETV sends through to my topfield and it seems to have fixed the problem. I'll post again if the freezing comes back, but if not I'll try to gradually reintroduce channels until it freezes again.

Have you guys notified support? I've emailed them, but haven't had a reply yet. I'm sure they'll take notice if lots of people report the same issue.

Me too- started on the 3rd and the picture freezes but the audio keeps playing. Restarting only works for about two minutes and then it freezes again. I've found turning off icetv EPG fixes it. I've emailed support and we'll see what they say. Another guy with a 7100 posted the same thing on another forum with their 7100. I think icetv has done something from their end which has caused the problem. It coincides with switching off analog tv in nsw, which I doubt is a coincidence.
