Hey guys while we are waiting for icetv interactive we can use Bigscreen EPG as a workaround.

Download a 30 day trial from here..
http://bigscreenglobal.com/bgproduct.aspx?PID=BSEV1

You can set it up with your icetv account. Gives you icetv guide data, but won't sync any scheduled recordings

Hi Luke, I would be interested in testing what you have got so far, eager to move my systems to Win8.

Is there a way I can turn on the InBand EPG for a unsupported channel?

In perth we have a new channel WTV and I can't turn on the Inband guide. ("enable inband" option is missing from media center)

Works Great! Love the extra data.

On the padding issue, can the interactive padding be disabled and use the WMC defaults?

+1
I agree Let the WMC do the job.

...We're doing some tests to see about the extra movie info, and looking at making it an option under My Account as to whether or not the MOVIE: prefix is included.  It seems like that's the best way to handle it, since there's not a clear consensus, and there might be times when you want to change it...

Do We have any update/ETA on this?
(not pushing, just wondering  ;D)

...do this in media center

settings -> TV -> guide -> edit channels

then scroll down to 22 and see whats next to it. mine says:

(tick)      22             ABC2-IceTV

if it doesn't say that, click it and then click edit listings.

scroll down to ABC2 - IceTV

click it, then click save, and it should work.....

Yep thats what mine says too, all seems correct. I also have also tried to "setup tv signal" again. Still the same.

Hi Guys,

I actually found a really good reason to remove the MOVIE: tonight. The movie Children of Dune wasn't marked as MOVIE: Children of Dune, instead it was just marked as Children of Dune, with this marked correctly, Windows 7 Media Centre got the movie front cover from AMG! It also had another page that was called similar movies! I thought it was really cool, if anyone looks at this post between 8:30pm and 10:00pm Friday night check out the Children of Dune listing for the Go! channel.

Thanks.
I agree, the extra data from AMG makes a addition to the icetv info.
I don't suppose this could be set as an option in "My Account" on the icetv website? That way everyone gets what they want  ;D

Can also confirm 7057 32bit working well.
Slightly off topic, I have just noticed a new option in the stop time setting too. You have an option to stop 5, 10,15, etc minutes after like before, but now you can say "if possible" what a good idea! I am quite sure that wasn't an option on previous builds.
