Well, I've posted on the ElGato forums too, but no help there. It seems they are having a few problems with various aspects of the EPGs. Meanwhile I am left with no ABC1 guide for anything beyond 24hrs away. I used to have it about 5 days in advance, a few weeks ago - so I've no idea what's gone on. I'm pretty frustrated though.

A possible solution: Run Elgato's "Master Cleanser" script. This will reset all your preferences (but won't delete recordings) and will let you set everything up from scratch again, clearing out any potential previous gremlins.

I've got the same problem. The other channels are up for days in advance, but ABC1 is only 24hrs (or even less). I ran the master cleanser and re-setup, but that made it worse - I now have ABC1 for tomorrow (still), but absolutely nothing else for any other channel. When I manually request the guide to update, it tells me I'm already up to date.

I'm using an Elgato Diversity with a MacBook C2D. I'm in Hobart.
