The Curse Of Oak Island 'The Torch Is Passed Part 1' SBS VICELAND HD, 8:30pm, Thu, 25 Nov and 'The Torch Is Passed Part 2', 9:20pm are marked in the IceGuide as S7E10 and S7E11 respectively.
The IMDb episode information is that 'The Torch Is Passed' is a single double-length (80min) episode, S7E1. Normal episodes are ~40min.
IMDb names episodes 10 and 11 as, respectively, 'Gary Strikes Again' and 'The Eye of the Storm'.

Thanks for your note. Again, it is frustrating that SBS do not follow the correct naming of episodes and it would seem this is the case with all of this series. I will contact them to try to find out their reasoning, if possible!

I don't think that the SBS has done anything really odd with the naming of the first episode of Season 7. They've split a double episode into two parts to fit with their usual broadcast format of The Curse of Oak Island. I do wonder what episode numbers will be used for the actual episodes 10 and 11, though.
