Title: XMLTV Guide is empty!
Post by: Peter_H on July 16, 2021, 07:48:48 AM
Overnight, my Plex DVR Schedule has become empty.
If I try to refresh the guide data, it initialises for a few seconds and then reports "100% Downloaded 0 airings"
I have tried updating my Plex server to the latest version and my NAS software to the latest firmware (though each of these was only one minor update behind).
Still get the same result.
I have NOT tried deleting and recreating my DVR Setup, and really don't want to if I don't have to, since I have over 300 shows and movies in my recording list (most of these not currently airing of course) which will presumably be lost if I delete the DVR.
Please advise.
Peter

Same problem here. Only realised when it failed to record the TDF daily show this morning. I am running Plex version 1.23.4.4712 on FreeNAS what about you?

Running Plex 1.23.4.4805 on QNAP NAS
And yes, I missed overnight recordings too - recorded OK at 10:30pm but not at 3am

Just deleted my DVR Setup now I am stuck at "Downloading EPG data". The more I look at this I think it's an IceTV issue. I hope somebody can get this resolved soon.

Ok, this one has been fixed, if you update your guide in Plex it will now update.

Yep, I can confirm it works now for me.
Thanks
