According to the SBS website and the information I have the two episodes of 'Chance' this week are new.

According to IMDb, the two episodes 'A Madness Of Two' and 'Especially If You Ran Away' are the last two episodes of season 2. Season 2 of Chance has already shown on SBS, though from the episode synopses, I'm not certain whether those two episodes have shown.
As Alison says, SBS hasn't marked the episodes as repeats.
SBS isn't showing Chance in the corresponding timeslots late Tue 4 Sep/early Wed 5 Sep and IMDb doesn't list a third season of Chance.
These are new episodes. Chance was one of the shows that stopped for the World Cup, with the last two episodes remaining unshown.
