Hello, I have had a few instances now of a failed timer which we have no recollection of setting. Also, the TV show doesn't even appear in the guide at all:

It looks like this was created from the grand designs keyword that is setup, but it was incorrectly set for 31 Digital, this will be fixed.

The "No matching service" error is given if the channel details (SID, TSID, ONID) for the timer can't be matched in the list of scanned channels in the Beyonwiz. That means either that the channel details are wrong and don't match any channel or there's no C31 channel in the Beyonwiz.
Channel 31 is SBS Viceland HD on our Beyonwiz. I'm guessing an error with the channel details sent to the T4. This keyword timer is set to HD preferred, ABC HD is channel 20 so should have sent that unless I don't get how this works at all (which is highly likely :-\)
To clarify on this one as well, Channel 31 in this sense is actually on LCN 44 which is the Brisbane Community channel, but it is disabled in your region (but still present in the background), so it should never have been sent to your PVR, and which is why you can't see the timer on the website.
This is what we are fixing internally.
