My Toppy is not receiving guide information for some channels (Gem, Go! and One e.g.) My Humax is okay. The Humax has Gem as 52 but the Toppy has 50. I can't seem to change the Toppy. Tried EPG reset, rescan channels but nothing changes?
Any help appreciated.

Given the LCNs you appear to be in a regional area. I would expect 9gem to be on LCN 52 (50 should be 9HD and 51 9 Digital or the local equivalent). I have a dim recollection that GEM used to be on LCN 90 in metropolitan areas but changed to LCN 92 when 9HD was introduced.
You say you have done a new service scan, did you to a reset services first (if not the old settings can be retained). Menu, Installation, System Recover, Reset Service List. If that does not help, try a firmware installation (do not save are retrieve your settings).
I assume you are using the latest firmware for the 2400 (Jan 29 2016 (v2.16.00)). If you you should update as it overcomes playback issues with MPEG4 (H.264) recordings. You can download the firmware from the oztoppy wiki: http://oztoppy.wikidot.com/firmware-list

Sincere apologies for my slow reply. I have reset the services and that removed the old locations and that corrected the problem. Thanks for taking the time to reply.
