Title: How Can I speak to Sales?

Ice Tv has generated a problem!
Last Saturday, 12th March, I ordered a Beyonwiz from Ice TV because my Topfield seemed unfixable.
I managed tp get the Topfield going, and cancelled the order the following day.
I have both Sales Messages showing that I cancelled on Sunday.
I requested a confirmation but received none.
Today I notice that the recorder has been shipped.
There is no way I can to talk to anyone at Ice , and it looks like they don't read their messages.
I will be returning the Beyonwiz when its arrives.
HOW CAN I TALK TO SOMEONE????

Hi Ronald,

No problem. Just return the Beyonwiz T4 and USB Wireless Dongle unopened and we can refund it. I'll notify Beyonwiz Australia that it is coming back unopened and email you confirmation to email address in your IceTV account.

Just 'return to sender'. The 'sender's address will be on the parcel.
