Title: ARRGH - yet another bug- regular update toggle does not work on 1.08.09

So the latest software has a bug I don't want. I roll back to 1.08.09 which has another bug in that the "regular software update" switch does not work. Its set to off yet every morning the damn thing has updated to the latest again. I'm getting very frustrated with this. If I go back further Iview does not work

so I've now blocked www.humaxdigital.com at my router- see if that kills the update. Looks like the regular update option is not the one I'm looking for to block updates

There really should be a switch for this

noe that didn't work. Taken Dave's suggestion and switched off the internet at 3.00am

And that does not seem to work either. What protocol does the humax use to update?
