With the Dayligh Saving change this morning, I tried to ownload the latest software for my Toppy 2400 this morning. I tried both via my WiFi & by downloading it onto a USB stick. Was not able to access the update server via the WiFi (yes, I had the address you have on your site). I tried to download it onto my computer. I spent over 30 mins trying to access the Topfield website here in Australia. No success at all.
What do we do now? How do we update our Toppy's?
