Hi.
You have Hawaii Five-0 with a start time of 21:40 and finish time of 22:40 on Ten (ch5). However, Tens on website and all other guides state 21:30 start and 22:30 finish. As I have my Humax pvr set to record series I don't want to miss any part of the episode. Could you please check what is actually happening and correct if necessary.

The 9.40pm start time in our guide is based on our monitoring of the Monday night lineup. Can of Worms has been finishing approx. 10 minutes late for the past month or so.
If we aren't sure then we will stick to the network's advertised time, however wherever possible we incorporate our own monitoring of actual start times into the guide.
FYI, Hawaii Five-O started at about 9.43 pm last night.

I did notice that it started late. I have not posted before when I have noticed discrepancies with time which has always worked out well. So thank you for your reply and keep up the great work it is appreciated as well as awesome that you monitor like that.
