My Humax was damaged in transit from Ice TV.I received it 1 week before Xmas. 4th January I still cannot contact ICE TV to arrange for a Humax I can use. Poor Customer Service!!!!!!!!!!!
I think that most companies had a couple of week break over xmas. I don't think thats poor service- just a sign of the holiday period. I just had excellent service from ICEtv with a warranty issue- speedy response and action
