Is 7mate always running way behind or is the A Tem really showing?
I have recorded 6 or 7 episodes of the A Team and it has not been present in any of the recordings.
The next episode is scheduled for 4.35am Wednesday morning. It is listed in other guide resources (but I haven't checked EIT data). Perhaps 7mate is ultra useless about keeping to its schedule?
I haven't personally watched it. All sources indicate it's on. Perhaps a letter to Prime might clear it up for you.

I resolved this problem. On my test Windows 7 PC the A Team has recorded properly.
I had to fix my scanned channels by running TV Setup again. Just rescanning did not properly pick up 7mate.
