This is just a quick note, I noticed that a recording that was set for 12.30 PM (ie, midday) was displayed as 2430 hrs on the widget when it was in 24 hour display mode. It didn't affect the recording as the correct time is displayed in 12 hour time.

12.30 PM (ie. midday) should be 1230 hrs and 12.30 AM (ie. midnight) should be 0030 hrs or 2430 hrs

Thanks for the bug report. We've fixed this for the next release (version 2.1, due very soon).
