Thankyou for pointing this out. When you update at 13:00 all will be fine. It was a problem with numerous late changes to Saturday Night / Early Sunday Morning due to Football Finals and the inclusion of a '9/11' Special. The News was not out by 5 minutes ..... the system you have bought reacts that way when there is a guide discrepency. There are a number of systems 'out there' and whilst I acknowledge there was a problem early Sunday Morning ..... not all systems throw the rest of the Guide out as a consequence. So, whilst we're grateful for your feedback .... we can't be responsible for every type of PVR on the market. 

Nope it didn't. But it DID deal with 7, 9 & 10 for that question. ABC2 won't be updated for awhile ...... bear with us please. I'm sure you don't want a long winded explanation as to why ..... it is beyond our control right now.

Alot of Simpsons' fans out there so letting you know Ch10 are starting to call the 18:00 timeslot 'Simpsons On Demand' as from next week. The idea being, you all contribute to the 'Save Telstra' fund by voting for your fave ep. So, I won't know (and neither will you) what episode to schedule there. A new Program name has been created for this 'vote' show. I have also flagged this as 'repeat' as I doubt they are going to show any new programs without the chance to promote .... and you could hardly vote for an ep you've never seen. So ...... enjoy Ch.10's special surprise. :)

I note you were looking for Wed 13th at approx 9am. We aim for 7 days of Guide by 1pm .... that's the recomended time to update. By 1pm you would have had the Wednesday ..... completing the 7 days.

Hi Peter. Actually ..... just heard on Nine's Afternoon News that they will be playing a Steve Irwin Tribute Wednesday Night. No other details. So, we have predicted it will be at 7:30pm and replacing their new program Mothers in War. No details anywhere I've researched, but I'll bet Seven or Ten will schedule something earlier, or Tuesday Night to trump them. Am happy for our subscribers to give me the 'good oil' when they hear something concrete. Cheers.

The person that compiles ABC2 Guide has been notified ..... am waiting for some assurance all be will be ok from now. Thanks and apologies for your Sunday Night.

thanks for the feedback ...... ABC2 should be up to nx Sunday (10th) now and hopefully fill up a whole lot more soon. As for the repeat flag? Am baffled how that happened.

It has been looked into sorry for the delay in replying. Changing method part way through would have caused more errors for others. Once the Auditions etc are out of the way ..... everything will be an episode of 'Australian Idol'. In fact, I think we've already started that with the 'Wild Card' shows.

Your concerns are being investigated. This will happen sometimes. As you know, we are not on the Network's mailing list of program information. Sometimes our references don't indicate repeats correctly, whilst the sources you refer to might ..... and vice versa.

Yes, the Guide Data for ABC and SBS is supplied by those very channels. So the person here responsible wouldn't just make programs up ..... not disputing what you're saying though. Will take some time to see where the problem lies. You indicate a dramatic drop in accuracy. Would you mind giving a few more examples to help me track the prob. Thanks.

Thanks for the tip. One of our Guide pixies had already changed to Dead Zone by the time I reacted to your advice. So, all should be accurate now. Ta again.
