Has this issue been resolved with choosing a channel on the IceTV guide on a 2400 yet?  Guests staying at my house find it so anti-intuitive not being able to scroll the guide and select the show to watch...

On a Toppy 2400, when I pull up the ICEtv Guide, how do I select a show to watch right then.  I can move around and a select a show for the future to record using the guide, but for some reason, cant select a program running now and get the Toppy to change to that channel.

I, and about 90% of my clients (not all) think it is one of the few flaws with Interactive, not having a Grid view.  We find it very hard to see when a particular program is ending, so as not to queue up too many over-lapping programs etc.  I also find it a lot easy to read, and I like to record the program directly after say the golf I tape, as it always runs well overtime.  Grid view, that is easy, in the current view, I have to hunt for the next show on that channel.

I wrote to Ice Tech support 10 days ago, still no response, and this is happening to each client I have in Brisbane, using ICE Tv Interactive (most using Windows 7 as that I suppose is relevant)

Issue is if you use Interactive to queue a program on Nine HD (all other channels tested and working) the following error shows up in the Log and nothing records:

1/12/2009 12:19:25 AM   Error   failed to match EPG channel to task channel Nine HD

Any ideas?  I have checked that ICETV is beside the channel in Media Centre etc.
