Upgrade to v3.04 won't let me log into schedule, but I can log into website?!?!

Like it says, I can log in here, but for some reason after the upgrade I can't log into my ICE guide.  Mind you, it was a trial that I still have a month left on - maybe there is a glitch with that aspect of the upgrade?  Have tried shutting down, restarting, etc.

Any other suggestions??  Have programs I need to put on timer!!!
