General Discussions / Can't log in - can't renew

I have suddenly been logged out of ICE TV. Noticed my subscription had almost expired but I am sure I was set to auto renew. Tried to pay new subscription but get message "bad gateway". Is anybody else having problems?

Beyonwiz / Additional Unit

I have a Beyonwiz DP2 with a 500gb disk and a 1.5tb USB disk attached. I record to the 500gb and then move shows to the 1.5tb disk. I want to watch the shows on the USB drive on another TV. The best I can do at the moment is to convert the files to .ts files and then view them using a media player downloaded onto a PC. This all takes time though.

Is there a better way? Buy another Beyonwiz and just use it to play files? Will The WizOTT do it. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Beyonwiz / Nothing but trouble

I have had nothing but trouble since buying a Beyonwiz and subscribing to ICE. I have to ring ICE support so often I have programmed it into a speed dial. Programs get constantly missed, the EPG doesn't get downloaded, the record list doesn't get downloaded. I have to check every day to see that it is still working as it should. Whenever I ring ICE support, I always get told to check that I have the latest firmware and to do a factory reset. You can never contact Beyonwiz - they're worse than Telstra. My advice - don't get involved.
