I wrote to Ice Tech support 10 days ago, still no response, and this is happening to each client I have in Brisbane, using ICE Tv Interactive (most using Windows 7 as that I suppose is relevant)
Issue is if you use Interactive to queue a program on Nine HD (all other channels tested and working) the following error shows up in the Log and nothing records:
1/12/2009 12:19:25 AM Error failed to match EPG channel to task channel Nine HD
Any ideas? I have checked that ICETV is beside the channel in Media Centre etc.
