Title: Recently Acquired IceBox

Hi,

Recently I acquired a barely used IceBox from one of the forum members.

He had set it up himself, so when I first booted it up, it had all his settings still in operation, and I could not get much useful info from it.

Should I be doing a soft reset so I can access the setup wizard etc again and start over?

Hi John,

Yes or do a hard reset, which is the next choice under soft reset, which will erase all recordings too.

Hi John,

You should also check what IceTV software you have as 1.11.6 is the latest with automatic ad skipping. It will show top left on the tv screen during reset startup
