Windows Media Center / icetv interactive update failure

Every time I reboot my machine (for probably 2 months now) and icetv interactive starts it tells me there is a newer version available and would i like ot download it. Upon replying yes, IE starts and I get the download dialogue bax looking to download downloads.cgi from www.icetv.com.au. It tries for a while and then tells me it is unable to download the file.
How do I stop this happening?

Well that's good to know. It explains a lot of what I saw as odd behaviour. :)
Instead of having to remember where I set up a series recording is there anyway to remove all scheduled recordings and start over? If I get one more episode of Ready Steady Cook I think I'll scream. :D
I'll just use a single scheduling tool consistently from then on.
