The Eichmann Show was dropped by SBS and changed to The Passion of the Christ for Easter. This was a late change and was done after the Icepicks for the week had been sent out.

After looking into this issue with much conflicting information, I have discovered that SBS has merged season 9 and 10 into a single season. Therefore the naming and the episodes the numbers information given to me was incorrect. This is also the reason these episodes were not identified as repeats.
This issue has been noted to ensure no further errors due to this discrepancy.
