IceTV still winning in the courts

Well not really ICETV but definitey ICETV (legacy) :)

Not sure the basis of the judgement would actually apply to ICETV though as I thought the networks argued that creative effort did go into compiling TV guides in so much as networks actively chose what shows to air and when.

IIRC, Telstra (or perhaps Sensis) joined the Nine vs IceTV suit (somewhere along the appeals process, I think) exactly because it thought that if it went IceTV's way, it might affect the copyright on the White Pages. I think that Nine also used Telstra's earlier successful defense of copyright on the White Pages as part of their argument.
