Starting a series recording of the current show

I have a Humax HDR-7500T/iTB running the Ice TV EPG. Is it possible to initiate the series recording of a show that is currently screening? I have explored the Humax user guide and various functions on the remote control but don't see to be able to find this functionality.

Not sure about Humax, but on other brands, series recording is set via the IceTV website - not on the PVR.

select the show on the guide- press record and you will be asked whether you want to record the program or the series
