Getting Help / Network Connection Issue

Almost every day my IceBox shows the Wireless Network Passphrase screen when I turn on the TV. Rebooting the IceBox from the remote re-establishes the connection without entering the passphrase.

I have installed the new SSD but this issue has persisted from the previous SSD and I assume is some sort of internet or wifi dropout. The problem was present even when the Icebox was about 5 metres away from my router in the same room with no physical barrier.

I know I have connection dropouts on WiFi and have no idea whether it's from WiFi or the NBN but assumed the IceBox would simply reconnect as do my various other devices.

Is there something I can do to fix this?

I have FTTP NBN with a Fritzbox 7490 router and IceBox connected on the 5GHz network. I can't connect on the 2.4GHz network as the IceBox won't accept the correctly entered password, which is the same as the 5GHz network.

Earlier this week I did the firmware update successfully for my IceBox as per instructions including the soft reset, forced update due to guide gaps and unplugging the unit from power (several times) but am missing most of my TV channels.
The IceTV Guide Settings on my computer shows 31 channels but only 14 are visible under "All Channels" on the IceBox. There are no Channel 7 channels at all. All channels were present prior to the update. As a result, only some of my programmes are now being recorded on the IceBox. I only use IceTV to set recordings.
How do I fix this?
I've gone back to using my old and dodgy Beyonwiz T2, which records all IceTV progammes and has subtitles, which I could never get to work on my IceBox recordings, a big negative for me. I know there are others who have posted about subtitles but I have not seen a fix.
I have turned on "prefer subtitles" in Expert Player Settings and also checked manually through the Menu button when playing recordings that Subtitles is on.

Getting Help / Playback Problem with IceBox

I have not been successful getting Icebox to play any recordings or live TV. Playing a recording or live TV gives about 3 seconds of video with no sound then the picture freezes. Occasionally 100 will display onscreen as the picture freezes (image attached).

I have tried the IceBox on 2 different TVs, a 6 month old LG C2 and a 10 year old B&O HD screen with the same problem appearing on both. The HDMI cable works fine with my PS4 so I know that is not the issue.
I set up the unit as per instructions, including the update pause and the output resolution/refresh rate. The IceBox time display is incorrect. 1:20pm my time, IceBox displays 2:50am and I cannot see anywhere to correct this. Peculiarly, IceTV on the IceBox records programmes at the correct time.

My IceBox is now set up on the LG C2 TV which I have reset to factory default without any change in playback. The screen is in "Standard" setting with Filmmaker, Reduce Blue Light and Trumotion turned off.
I hope someone can point me in the right direction to get my IceBox working. It's been a pretty frustrating exercise so far!
