OZ Weather Add-on - Icebox

I have installed the OZ Weather add-on on my Icebox and can see the current weather details and forecast.
I am having trouble trying to get the animated radar to show. I have read the additional information located at https://kodi.wiki/view/Add-on:Oz_Weather however this does not seem to relate to an Icebox.
Any help with this would be appreciated.

Note sections on dependencies and skin changes necessary, also Using Corelec / LibreElec with Estuary. You may have tried these already. I haven't, so no idea if they will work with LibreELEC.
