Series no longer recording as series

Recently all the series I am recording are no longer being saved in individual title folders, but are showing chronologically with all other recordings and movies.  When I set up a new recording (or wish to update) on my iPhone or iPad, there is no longer a Series option shown.  How can I get it back?

Can you post this as a support ticket so I can better manage the issue and the process to sort it out. It's really a Humax issue, not an IceTV one, but they may take ages to respond!
