Lost Manual Download Option ?

After stuffing about changing Tuners in MCE now when I setup the ICE guide the option that it used to ask was about whether to use "Manual or Automatic Guide downloads" is not asked.  This means the stupid MCE seems to only be in the auto mode. Any ideas how to set it back to manual downloads ?

I'm not 100% sure, but I think this option was removed during one of Microsoft's update for MCE, last time I went looking to find this option it had definitely gone.

It seems that at this stage the only option is automatic downloads.
