Hi guys - that ABC News 24 scheduling of Q&A in BNE is *every week*, not just last week. Please can you update the guide accordingly? TIA!

With DST kicking in Q&A is available on ABC News 24 for BNE viewers at 8:35pm. This is not reflected in the guide so it cannot be scheduled to record. Please amend.

I'm experiencing the same problem as watrob (have just logged a Tech Support call).

Authorisation fail. No sync now because no login option.

App shows "Synchronisation paused while Internet is unavailable". It's not unavailable.

I just can't login.

Hi team - there have been a number of changes issued for Nine and Ten from Sunday through Wednesday next week, including 2 eps of YBITR Sun/Mon, MAFS finishing on Wednesday with a double ep, a double of of People v OJ on Sunday to end the series, etc. When will these changes be reflected in the EPG?

I appreciate the follow up. Certainly in the past when we've disabled the IceTV service the crashing problem has stopped. I'm about to have a look at it again now to see if it's still doing it or whatever. I may also try a firmware upgrade as we're running the 2014 firmware and I note there is 2016 firmware available.

Additionally, after many crashes, we're seeing this error pop up briefly on the screen:

I tried the EPG reset just now (After learning it happened this morning to my wife) and no dice. 73 seconds after boot it crashed/reloaded.

In fact after we turned off IceTV it then would crash inside 10-15 seconds repeatedly for 5 or 6 times.

No duplicate LCNs exist according to the menu crashed.

This is such a pain in the arse.

This is a regular occurrence for the BNE guide. Our Toppy has similar issues though it hasn't happened for 4 or 5 days. The only way our Toppy is useable when this happens is to quickly disable IceTV in it and then reboot it again. It is super frustrating.

Seven have issued updates for their guide for the next week and they've been out for over 24 hours now and the IceTV guide still hasn't updated - Particularly Sunday night which for BNE is still showing TBA.

When will these updates be rolled out?

Hi team - The Muppets have been dumped by Seven, replaced with repeats of Big Bang Theory (sigh). Please amend accordingly.

Hi team - this is showing in BNE as 7pm however SBS have confirmed it's a 7:30pm start. Please amend.

Yup. See the attached screenshot - I had it picked to record in coming soon and it didn't translate into the guide to tell my PVR to record it.

That's a super frustrating failure.
