Quote from: aeb001 on April 25, 2024, 01:07:11 AMOur Law - New series 2 commencing 9/5/24. Written and directed by Cornel Ozies, the film Our Law takes a glimpse into the lives of two outback police officers working at Warakurna police station, Australias only all Indigenous police station.

the confusion between film & series is that Cornel Ozies did a short doco (27m) in 2020 that aired on SBS but then it turned into a series of which S01 (production 2022) & S02 (production 2023). All with the same subject matter but IceTV's series description is that of the film

just letting you know this one got missed. You still have the description for the film listed against the series

IceTV EPG Content / Spacey Unmasked
Last post by aeb001 - May 10, 2024, 11:55:32 AM
this ones just an FYI. its listed as 2 parts as thats how it aired in the UK (75m+75m), however nine aired it as a single ep.

"This two-part documentary follows the rise, fall and resurrection (?)of Kevin Spacey. It follows his ordeal after being accused of sexual harassment, and his acquitall of various charges in the U.K. However, there remains the testimony of various men whose first-hand experience with Spacey may lead them to a different conclusion."

Hence why the ssecond part does not appear in the guide. Ice might want to update their description of the series.

Was definitely worth the watch

Yes read that article but as far as I'm aware Ten is going to call it season 2. We'll find out for certain shortly when the episodes are listed in various EPG's and on 10Play.

Even though tonight is the third episode of the season of Silent Witness currently showing on ABCTV, it's still being listed in Recommended in (at least) the ACT in the the iPhone app.

I've tried doing a Settings>Reset application to force a full IceTV data reload, but Silent Witness is still listed in Recommendations for me.

Getting Help / Re: Why am I getting recording...

Quote from: Ian_AW on May 09, 2024, 02:21:23 PMI did have Enable Timer Conflict Avoidance ticked.

So, now to why I am getting BBC News st Six recorded when I have never recorded it through IceTV or otherwise.

Thsnkd.

Absolutely no idea why you are seeing this. I have a dim recollection of someone reporting a similar issue before, but cannot recall the details. I may even have seen it myself during pre-release beta testing, but that may just be "senior's moment" inspired recollection.

It may be time to contact IceTV technical support (clearly not a hardware issue).
