We are seeking enthusiastic people to join our dynamic team and play a vital role in helping us continue to grow our customer base.

Any successful candidate should have previous customer support experience, have excellent communication skills, sound computer knowledge and be a team player.

Having an enthusiasm for new consumer gadgets & technology along with good problem solving skills will also put you in good stance.
Oh... and some knowledge of IceTV and some of the devices we support would help.

We can be somewhat flexible with the hours and days you work, with the option to work from home during certain shifts.

As we are a growing company there is also the possibility of taking on more responsibility and diversifying your role within our team as you progress and familiarise yourself with the business.
