Hi aeb001,

That's because you are not actually looking at an airing of the Movie itself, you can see this because of the writing in red saying "There are no matching shows currently scheduled.". You can only set a single recording on an actual airing of a show (otherwise you are given the option to set a series recording for the next time its on).

This would be because either that movie is currently not on in your region, or in this case more likely that you have disabled NITV on which the movie is airing.

PS in your emails it doesnt actually say what channel & even when i clicked through to set the recording. Had i been paying attending i would of seen the thing you pointed out. Any way a little more info could be on the emails... ie channel?
