Topfield 2400 won't download IceTV EPG

Today I bought a Topfield 2400 PVR. It is running the April 2013 firmware. I have tried to see if there is new firmware however the box is having problems connecting to the Topfield server. I have successfully connected to our wireless network and the internet access tests fine. I have activated an IceTV account and successfully connected to it with the PVR. I can't download the EPG. Does anyone have any suggestions? I have tried calling the IceTV help desk but it diverts to voicemail.

All sorted. This was a problem on IceTV's end and has been quickly resolved. Impressed with the customer service.
