Shouldnt Thursday Afternoon ABC showing of Broadchurch be flagged as repeat?

ICETV says this is a repeat but neither the SMH Weekly GUIDE or the ABC itself indicate this.  Is it really a repeat??? [ICETV Sydney Web based edition]

This thread needs to be reactivated.  Networks often do not mark as REPEATS a program which is showing for the 1st time on one of their subchanels such as GEM.  We need a way to restrict recording to a specific channel

I wasn't actually using the 9HD data in Sydney but have just turned it on.  4hrs N/A Sun am in Sydney otherwise fine.  ( HD seperate programming is very new.

It is currently 9:52 AM in Sydney and a complete 7 days worth of Ch 9 seems to be available! 

1.  There is no Monday the 24th of May this year.
2.   Per Madeline post above hearing had been postponed and rescheduled for Fri the 22
May.
3.   Hopefully details of the result will be posted eventually  but they havebeen alluded to in a post above by Mitch.

Do we really think the big retailers will be willing to carry 2 flavours of the same device??  Will the public be smart enough to learn why a non Freeview Compliant device is better than a Freeview comliant model??  If not, the non comliant devices may exist and may be superior but the danger is that they will also be unobtainable.

How long does it usually take for the court to render a a decision ???

Certain data that was there has been taken down and replaced with TBA.  Other is just missing. 
The today show is missing from WED onwards, then normal day time progrmming is shown.  The entire prime time Wed schedule was up and now it is gone from 8:30 PM.  Similar patterns for Thur with Fri a little better.  I know that the WED data was originally there because my logs show it but by yesterdayt it was gone.

Don't think I will be taking the offer since they do not appear to be publishing Ch9 schedules at the moment.  See the "Content" thread

My ICEBOX'2 usb port has died and I am hopefully getting a replacement ASUS box via ebay .  Is the procedure detailed here essentialy what you are referring to (substituting the ICEBOX2 firmware for the referenced dd-wrt )  http://www.dd-wrt.com/wiki/index.php/Tftp_flash?

TEDS can work with several sources of EPG Data include ICETV.  It downloads the program schedules from ICETV or elsewhere, compares them with your prefined list of favorite programs, resolves conflicts according to priorities which you can set including differentiating between original programs and repeats and then transfers them to the Toppy via a USB connection or via FTP.

THe ICEBOX2 is a standalone box that can conect to your home network and expose the Toppys hard disk to your network via its inbuilt FTP server.  The ICEBOX2 can automatically update the Toppy's EPG data by downloading from ICETV using a proprietary TAP  (TAPS are programs which run on the Topfield using its built in API.)  When used with TEDS the ICEBOX2 is used simply for its FTP server and Topfield USB connectivity --it is not used to interface with ICETV as TEDS takes over that function and uses a different TSP on the Topfield.

I note that you are a MAC user.  I am not sure what MAC support for Topfield is available but I think the it is
very limited .  On the TEDS website their is a ALL QUETIONS ANSWERED item in the NEW users section that
you should consult.  Note that there is now an old distributor and  a new distributor with seperate web site.  The web site you want is the old distribuor's -t is much more active.  See www.topfield.com.au for the old and www.itopfield.com.au for the new.
