Customer Support Role (part-time)

Hi!

We're looking for a part-time Customer Support Engineer to join our team here in Sydney.

The role requires approximately 20-30 hours per week, with a 50% split between level 1 and level 2 support. Level 1 hours - Sun 12-6pm and Mon 12-8, level 2 hours - we're flexible!. The role would suit a tech savvy individual with good troubleshooting skills, patience and ability to communicate clearly with end-users. You would be providing phone and email support for all of our products (see our online store) and required to uphold our high customer service standard.
