Not Skipping Ads

Not sure if I need a soft reset to resolve the issue of no ads being picked up in my recent recordings?

Have you tried a simple reboot via quickly pressing the remote on/off button and choosing from the drop down menu (or choose the on/off icon at the top left of the Home Screen which gives the same options)?  For me it fixes it.
