no EPG or channels

A good evening I am getting very frustrated trying to set up this icebox that arrived last night. I have spent six or seven hours trying to get things happening. I have successfully connected it and put in my Wi-Fi password but no EPG is showing and no channels are coming up when I go into channels it's just blank and I don't know how to fix it and I can't get hold of anyone to give me some guidance and of course my question I cannot find the answer to in all the guide notes which is super frustrating help please someone thank you

Hi,  the problem is that you haven't connected to your wifi network.  Please follow this procedure as listed in our website Help IceBox section.  When you enter your wifi password please ensure that the window that you return to shows an IP address and  "Ready" then "Online".
