Incompatible timing for Gold Coast area on 7 Flix only

Somehow on 7 Flix when I record Law & Order Criminal Intent and Law & Order being time set @ 1930h & 2130h EST they do not record at that time slot.
This has been a common occurrence for many weeks and is frustrating.  This time I have programmed on 7 Flix commencing @ 1830h - 1930h [Judge Judy] + Law & Order Criminal Intent at the stated time for Gold Coast viewing on  Monday November 10th & programmed on 7 Flix commencing @ 2030h - 2130h [Law & Order SUV] + Law & Order at the stated time for Gold Coast.
This time I should be able to view the programme, but I would appreciate to hear from the Forum members or ICE TV representatives why this occurs on 7 Flix and 'all' other stations are compatible to the EST Zone and the time slot that I wish to record?
