Unable to Log In

I have just signed up to the IceTV Widget using the Yahoo Widget Engine. I get to the log in and enter the username and password exactly as in the email advice from IceTV. Problem is it tells me it's invalid? No spelling or capitalisation mistakes. I've re-set preferences etc. Any clues?

Strangely I just updated to the latest version and keep finding what looks like the same problem. I've had to abandon the widget for now coz I'm not planning to spend hours trying to sort it out.

GeorgeC :: Please make sure you have the latest version of the widget. We've had a bit of a hiccup over the last few days and have released updates.

The latest versions are:
IceTV widget 1.22 for Windows (Yahoo! Widget Engine)
IceTV widget 1.24 for Mac OS X 10.4 (Dashboard)
IceTV widget 1.23 for Mac OS X (Yahoo! Widget Engine)
