Guide Server error: Code 20

I've been using Ice guide for more than a year now, and recently I get this error

Guide listings could not be retrieved. Guide server error
Details: File validation error - mismatched guide package. Code: 20

and now I have no listings for all channels.
Any ideas?

The first thing to try would be Aaron Stebner's recommendations at:

to see if that fixes the issue.
