Windows 7 Beta Padding
« on: November 06, 2009, 12:58:58 AM »
I am unable to increase the prepadding and postpadding in the recording tab to an amount greater than 2 minutes.
Is this by design or a bug? The way channels run late these days, I will never see the end of any movies!

Sounds like you're still running beta 1 of the Win7 client.  Beta 2 has now been released, and the padding options have been temporarily removed from the program so you can control them in Media Center.  More advanced padding options will be added in a future version.

and the answer to the inevitable question.......to get to Beta 2 just use the "Update" function in the IceTV Interactive console - the update process is simple from there, you just follow the prompts
