Guide not available for Country Region

I've got the instructions off the ICE web site to fix this but....

1.  Where do I find the Fix registry keys when changed tickbox??  ONce I log in, I presume I go to my account, but where to then - I can't see an option that brings up a check box like this at all?

2.  Failing that, I tried to download the Hotfix from MS as suggested.  When I extract it, I get a message sayint that the updated does not apply to my system.

I am running Vista Home Premium, SP1.  I'm currently using Remote Dtop onto my laptop XP SP2, but I've double checked and the Hotfix installed onto my MCE system correctly..... ???

You don't do it from the website.

Open up the IceTV Interactive application on your Vista PC, you'll see the fix registry keys option there. I would also recommend that you run the register application again (it's the other application in the IceTV menu).
